Launching Re-Emerge — a bilingual (FR/EN) one-to-one sessions program — required an entire digital operation: brand, site, diagnostic tool, payments, booking, automation, and content, all in two languages. No team. No agency budget. And fast.
Rather than splitting the project into outsourced parts, I orchestrated it end to end, solo, directing AI across every domain — strategy, design, copy, build, automation — with human review at each step for quality, consistency, and reliability.

- An interactive diagnostic assessment scoring across four profiles (Le Seuil, Le Décalage, La Résistance, L'Attente) that routes each visitor to the right path.
- Integrated payments (Stripe) and a booking engine (Amelia) handling availability, slots, and confirmations with no manual intervention.
- Automated, segmented email sequences (Brevo): onboarding, follow-ups, and triggered journeys.
- A custom Claude Project (instructions + knowledge base) to generate client session scripts.
- An AI-generated visual identity, consistent across the whole series.
- All content, in two languages: pages, video scripts, email sequences.
A complete operation that runs itself — from first click to assessment, payment, booking, and onboarding — delivered by one person, in two days.
